  • Walking Group-ALL MOMS

Walking may be simple, but it’s one of the most powerful forms of movement for moms at every stage whether you’re growing a baby, recovering after birth, or chasing toddlers around.

Here’s why walking is a game changer:

    For Pregnant Moms:

-Low-impact + safe: Walking is gentle on your joints.

-Boosts circulation: Helps reduce swelling in the legs and feet.

    - Energy boost: A brisk walk can fight fatigue and lift your mood.

-Prepares for labor: Staying active helps with endurance, flexibility, and even fetal positioning.

    For Postpartum Recovery:

    - Eases you back into movement: Walking is a great first step before jumping into more intense workouts.

-Supports mental health: It helps reduce stress, anxiety, and the baby blues.

-Aids healing: Increases circulation and supports gentle core and pelvic floor engagement.

    -Gets you out and about!

    For Moms at Any Stage:

-Me-time or social time: Whether it’s a solo mental reset or a stroller walk with a friend, it’s a moment to breathe.

-Builds strength + stamina: Over time, walking builds endurance and supports a healthy metabolism.

-Kid-friendly: Easy to include your baby or toddler, making consistency more realistic.

You don’t need fancy gear or a gym, load up the stroller or strap on your belly band and join our walking group today
