Description of Services
-
A labor doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical and educational support before, during and after childbirth. Our goal is to offer support and help you navigate every step of the way including pregnancy through postpartum.
-
Our postpartum and newborn care services are geared to support new parents as they transition into parenthood. We provide tangible help for parents, emotional support and guidance on infant feeding, sleep, while prioritizing healing.
Parenthood can be a big adjustment, and nobody should have to do it without support.
-
And as an infant feeding specialist I help parents navigate all aspects of feeding their baby whether that’s breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping, or combination feeding. My goal is to provide practical solutions and emotional support so you can feel comfortable and confident feeding your baby the way that works best for you.
-
As a bereavement doula I am a compassionate guide who walks beside individuals and families through the deep, sacred terrain of loss. Rooted in empathy and presence, they offer emotional, physical, and spiritual support during times of grief — whether following miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or the death of a loved one at any stage of life.
Rather than trying to “fix” grief, I hold space for it — creating a safe environment where sorrow, love, and remembrance can coexist. I help families honor the person who has passed, navigate the practical details of loss, and find moments of peace and meaning amid the pain.
Through gentle listening, ritual creation, and holistic care, I nurture the grieving heart, reminding those I serve that while grief changes form, love never disappears.
