Hi, I’m Kailee!
I’m a mom, labor, postpartum, and bereavement doula, as well as an infant feeding specialist, newborn care specialist, and childbirth educator. My passion for birth work began at an early age—while other kids were watching cartoons, I was captivated by birth shows on TLC.

As a young mom, I experienced my own challenges with birth and feeding, and I remember thinking, we have to do better. Even before I knew the word doula, I had a vision of supporting families through these tender, life-changing moments.

In early 2020, I discovered doula work, began my training, and quickly started serving families. Since then, I’ve continued my education, expanded my services, and created free community groups, classes, and a giving corner to help build and nurture our village.

I named my practice Steel Magnolia Doula Services not only as a nod to the beloved movie, but because I believe birth and motherhood embody both strength and beauty—steel is strong, and magnolias are beautiful. Just like the journey of becoming a parent.

It’s my greatest joy to walk alongside families—offering compassionate support, evidence-based education, and heartfelt care every step of the way.
